If you went directly to a Bank or Building Society they will only offer you their products where as your Mortgage Team consultant will offer you products from 13 lenders. This gives you choice and convenience.

What we mean when we say independent advice is that we are completely separate of all the financial lenders. This means we will offer what’s best for you from a selection of 13 lenders.
Convenience
We will take all the work away from you and your consultant will take you through every step of the mortgage process. Also, in addition to having your consultant search for the best deal for you, they will also come and meet you at a place and time convenient for you.
Free service
Our service is completely free and the reason is simple, the Lender pays us a commission and that covers our costs.
